Under the project were designed:

  • Distribution substation (DS) - 1 pc.
  • Block complex transformer substations (2BCTS) - 6 pcs.
  • Cable line 10 kV (L-10kV) - 4550 m

Storm water sewage and household sewage networks for Levoberezhniy purification plants in industrial park "Maslovskiy"

Under the project were designed:

  • pressure network of household sewage L = 12716m
  • gravity network of household sewage L = 736m
  • storm water pressure network L = 15219m
  • gravity network of storm water sewage L = 77m

The project for the construction of the Voronezh Theological Seminary

at Voronezh, Leninsky Prospect, 41

Voronezh Orthodox Theological Seminary is the religious institution of higher education of Voronezh and Borisoglebsk eparchy of Moscow Patriarchate, which provides schooling in the following areas: pastoral, regency, iconography, extramural advanced training courses.

  • Building area - 4425.4 m2
  • Total area - 17179.3 m2
  • Building volume - 76416.3 m3, including
    • above 0.000 - 62207.4 m3
    • below 0.000 - 14208.9 m3
  • Usable area - 15308.4 m2
  • Estimated area - 13308.7 m2

Art-figurative solution of the front of Seminary is realized in classicism style with axial symmetry composition, order system, restrained decoration, creating a single architectural ensemble with the Assumption church. The main entrance to the building bears basic architectural and artistic capacity: 4- columned central portico of the Corinthian order with inscription and coat of arms of the Seminary, decorative columns and facade glazing. Side porticos are decorated with pairs of the Corinthian half-columns with elements of facade glazing.

The building is "E"-shaped in plan, formed by four functional blocks: educational (3 floors) for 120 students, the dormitory (4 floors) with 164 places, an auditorium for 300 people, a gym for general fitness.

Auditorium and sports hall are allocated in deep section and form two courtyards: technical (for unloading products and linen) and recreational, gradually turning into the avenue, leading to the temple.

The building is provided with basement and technical floors. The measures for access of people with limited mobility were provided when designing.

Under the project were designed:

    • high pressure gas pipeline - 1,652 km
    • low pressure gas pipeline - 11,991 km

Gas pipeline of high and low pressure

on the Oleg Romanov str., Raduzhnaya str., Generala Gribkova str., 219 Idritsa Division str., Desantnikov str., Izumrudnaya str., Vesennyaya str. in Liski city of Liskinskiy municipal district of Voronezh region

Under the project were designed:

  • gas supply network L = 11,268 km, among them:
    • high pressure gas pipeline - 0,612 km
    • low pressure pipeline - 10,656 km
    • RCI - 2pcs

Project on object:

"Construction of an autonomous unitized boiler station for the school of 792 students, Polyclinic for 500 visits per shift with multifunction hospital of 240 beds and a kindergarten of 220 places, Buturlinovskiy municipal district"

Freestanding block-modular boiler station with a reserve fuel storage, equipped with automatic fire-fighting system.

Automated work of boiler station without constant maintenance staff. Automatic control of the boiler station, remote supervisory panel.

Weather-dependent temperature control of network water for the heating in boiler station output.

The total installed boiler station capacity is 20 MW (17.2 Gcal/h).

Fuel - the natural gas of high pressure. In accordance with the technical specifications and technical conditions for connection to existing utility networks the lead-engineering transportation links to the boiler station were designed.

Kuziha, Mamonchiha villages of Khokholskiy municipal district of Voronezh region

Under the project were designed:

  • gas supply network L = 15,503 km, among them:
    • high pressure gas pipeline - 8,828 km,
    • low pressure gas pipeline - 6,675 km,
    • RCI 5 pcs

Engineering infrastructure in the industrial park "Maslovskiy"

(the first starting complex of 1 stage)

Under the project were designed:

  • water supply networks - 18 739 m
  • household sewage - 10 286 m
  • stormwater sewage - 19 135 m
  • three sewage and two storm water pumping stations
  • sewage for communications network 3750 m, with the installation of 37 wells
  • two distribution substations
  • 10 kV able line (L = 3900 m , L = 2130 m)
  • 0.4 kV cable line (L = 11088 m )
  • 6 transformer substations
  • motor roads within the boundaries of the industrial park with expansion of Lyzlova str. (L = 21 295 m)
  • motor roads illumination
  • Expansion of existing water intake, the design work included: 2 water supply wells, 2 tanks with filter-absorbers, pumping station building, fencing of the first belt of water intake, lighting of the territory, complete pipeline supply
  • reconstruction of service lines (communication cables, power cables, protection of the gas pipeline)

Artificial road illumination of M-36 "Chelyabinsk-Troitsk" to the border with Kazakhstan, km 16 +270- km 144 +430, Chelyabinsk region

The electricity supply was projected for the outdoor artificial illumination of the motorway on 12 separate road sections. The scope of work included:

  • electricity supply lines for outdoor illumination equipment on the length of L = 11,019 km
  • artificial road illumination equipment on the length of L = 36,930 km

Reconstruction and site improvement of the Parkland of cultural heritage object of regional significance "Oldenburgs Complex. Palace of Oldenburg Princess"

at Voronezh region., Ramon district, Ramon settlement Mosina str. 23A/1 - (on the parkland area of F = 2,9 ha)

Under the project were designed:

  • water pipe for parkland L = 4278 m
  • decorative illumination of the park territory (installation of 200 illumination lamps, lighting cable L = 2153 m, power supply cable L = 32 m)
  • power supply of pumping equipment (L = 96 m)
  • reconstruction of heating network (from 50 mm to 272 mm in diameter and 755 m of total length)
  • reconstruction of water supply networks L = 151 m

Project documentation for construction of "The Temple in Korotoyak village, Ostrogozhsk, Voronezh region"

Temple - 2 storey building with a total area of 209.0 m2;

House of the priest - 1 storey building with a total area of 66.5 m2;

All project documentation implemented according to 87 Government regulation. All the necessary technical conditions and approvals were obtained. The project has passed the state examination and received an endorsement. Working documentation on the project was perfomed.

Designing of high-voltage line to pig complex "Olshanskiy" in Ostrogozhsk, Voronezh region

The project provides the construction of HVL 10 kV to the pig complex "Olshanskiy" with the main and standby feeder of the total length L = 15,142 km

  • Construction of cable lines 10kV for the three-star hotel "Sanatorium "Svetlana" - 0.6 km
  • Construction of cable lines 6 kV for the four-star hotel "Profkurort sanatorium "Svetlana" - 1.12 km
  • Construction of cable lines 10 kV of the coastal infrastructure of Sochi seaport - 2.4 km
  • Construction of cable lines 6 kV for the pension "Podmoskovie" to enable - 0.8 km

January 2012

Engineering support of RIT-park in the industrial zone of Nevinnomyssk city (HVL-110 kV) for the project "Construction of the regional industrial park in Nevinnomissk city"

  • Designing of substation-110/35/10kV "RIT-park"
  • Designing of communication networks - L = 2500 m
  • Reconstruction of HVL-110 kV - L = 3200 m


Design was carried out in two stages. All project documentation implemented in accordance with the Government Resolution 87 dated 16.02.2008 year. All the necessary technical conditions and approvals were obtained. Projects passed the state examination and received an endorsement.
